Please measure your regularly worn, well-fitting clothes laid flat and choose the size closest to the actual measurements.

For jackets, first choose the size with the closest shoulder width. Then, if necessary, select sleeve length adjustment to match the sleeve length of your jacket.

For pants, please measure your pants laid flat and choose the size closest to the waist. Then, compare the rise, inseam, thigh width, etc., to make your selection.

Unless otherwise stated, each product page lists the measurements after one wash. For detailed measuring instructions and how to choose a size, please refer to the Size Guide provided separately.

Some products are categorized by men's and women's, while others are unisex and can be chosen to suit your body type or preferred silhouette.

The fabric used varies depending on the product.

For made-to-order products, a standard denim fabric is specified. Ready-made products may use different denim fabrics depending on the item.

Most products are made with 100% cotton denim, but the material, thickness, origin, finish, and other details vary by product. For more information, please check the material and fabric details on each product page.

Generally, please follow the care instructions on the label.

One of the appeals of denim is that it can be worn every day and machine-washed. Personally, I don't think there's any need to overthink it.

If you are concerned about color fading or color transfer, we recommend washing it separately from other clothes or with dark-colored items. Turning it inside out and placing it in a laundry net, and drying it in the shade instead of using a dryer after washing, can help reduce fading and shrinkage.

Since chlorine bleach may cause significant color loss, we recommend not using it on colored denim. If you use bleach, please check the product's care label and choose a non-chlorine bleach, such as oxygen bleach, that is suitable for colored and patterned items.

New or dark-colored denim may transfer color. Please be careful when it comes into contact with white or light-colored clothing, bags, furniture, etc.

This product is made to order.

The shipping date for made-to-order products varies depending on the production status at the time of your order. Please check the estimated shipping date displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Yes. Size adjustments are available for eligible made-to-order products.

Jacket sleeve adjustments and pant hemming are free of charge.

For other size adjustments, an additional fee may apply depending on the changes. Please check the product page or the custom product page for the available adjustment range and fees.

At our store, we generally offer "made-to-measure" services, where we adjust the size and specifications based on existing designs and patterns.

Full custom-made services, where the design and pattern are created from scratch based on specifications and illustrations provided by the customer, require more time and work than standard made-to-measure services.

Depending on the details, we may be able to accommodate your request, so please contact us in advance. If we can accommodate it, we will provide a separate quote after reviewing the details.

Depending on your requirements, we may refer you to a business that specializes in full custom-made services.

For eligible products, you can customize the fabric, hardware such as buttons, sewing thread, size, and more.

The customization options vary depending on the product. Please check the product page or the page for the customizable product.

If you wish to use fabric you already own or a specific fabric of your choice, we must first confirm the fabric's thickness, material, and required quantity, as well as whether it can be sewn using our sewing machines and equipment.

Even if you provide the fabric, the cost of the fabric will not be deducted from the regular product price. We will provide a separate quote after reviewing the details.

In principle, items in stock will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is completed.

Made-to-order items will be produced and shipped around the estimated shipping time displayed at the time of ordering. Please check each product page for detailed delivery times.

Shipping is free on orders of ¥5,000 (tax included) or more.

For orders under ¥5,000, shipping is a flat rate of ¥500 nationwide. The actual shipping cost will also be displayed on the checkout screen.

Photography inside the store and posting on social media for personal use is permitted.

Please be mindful not to include other customers in your photos.
