Notice of changes to international shipping fees and a request for your understanding

We have decided to revise our shipping fees for overseas deliveries from December 6, 2025 .

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, and we appreciate your understanding.

1. Background and reasons for the revision

Until now, we have maintained a flat rate of 3,000 yen for international shipping, but due to factors such as shipping company rate hikes, it has become difficult to maintain the current price.

Therefore, in order to continue providing our customers with safe and reliable international delivery services, we will be reviewing our shipping fee structure with the following two objectives in mind.

1. Transition to a fair fee system that reflects actual costs by region

The fee, which was previously a flat 3,000 yen, will now be broken down into smaller amounts for each country and region (Asia, North America, Europe, etc.) where the actual cost of shipping varies. This will allow customers to pay a fairer shipping fee that is closer to the actual cost in their own region.

② Maintaining service quality

By charging a fair shipping fee, we will be able to maintain the quality and stability of our international shipping services, including product tracking and a fast shipping system.

2. New international shipping rates

The new pricing structure varies significantly by region, so please check the pricing for your region's zone.

• Asia (China, Korea, Taiwan): 1,400 yen
• Asia (other): 2,400 yen
• South America/Africa: 4,600 yen
• Oceania, Europe, and the Middle East: 3,800 yen
• North America: 4,800 yen
